I break things on purpose — so your users never have to. 4+ years building the automation systems that let teams ship fast and sleep soundly.
End-to-end quality engineering — from architecture to delivery
Most teams inherit a test framework they hate. I build ones they actually want to use — scalable, CI/CD-ready, and built for the whole team from day one.
ExploreNo more 'it worked on my machine.' I wire your test suite into CI/CD so every commit gets verified before it ever reaches production.
ExploreMost bugs are born in the design meeting, not the code review. I sit at that table early — so quality becomes part of the product, not a phase tacked on at the end.

Full quality ownership of MEOS 3 — the web app Dutch police officers use in the field to issue tickets — within Team Okapi. Working alongside three developers, I'm the final quality gate before every release, involved from day one of each sprint per shift-left. I own the entire Playwright/TypeScript test library end to end: building new automated tests, restructuring and maintaining existing ones, and covering functionality at both component and path level, plus testing the Jenkins CI/CD pipelines that run the suite and working cluster-wide to raise automation maturity across other teams.
Government forms serving 1M+ citizens — zero room for error. Involved from the whiteboard stage, I shaped HTML structure, tags and labels before a line of code was written, then built the team's Python/Robot Framework/Selenium automation framework and wired it into GitHub Actions CI/CD. Beyond functional, GUI and chain testing, I ran validation, error-handling, data-consistency and visual regression tests, worked closely with the business on UX, and coached colleagues on using the framework.
Owned change-request analysis, test planning and stakeholder alignment across the K3CR application family — from functional, integration and chain testing to regression, exploratory and acceptance testing, plus recurring OTA checks and colleague training. Midway through, I shifted the team's focus to automation: rebuilt the test approach with Robot Framework, Selenium and Playwright, replacing manual regression cycles with reusable, CI/CD-integrated pipelines.
Test Engineer for Ortec Workforce Scheduling (OWS) at the City of Amsterdam — gathering stakeholder needs, validating changes, and coordinating GAT/FAB test cycles to keep the scheduling platform and its integrations reliable. A dedicated project modernizing TopDesk had me testing changes end-to-end, resolving incidents, and reporting results — cutting operational risk and lifting customer satisfaction.
Where it all started. After a business course at Ohio University sharpened my teamwork fundamentals, I completed Sogeti's Agile Test Engineer specialisation — earning TMAP and PSM I certifications while testing webshops end-to-end (UI and SOAP/JSON APIs), automating API cases in Postman, and managing test data in SQL. My graduation project fixed inefficient use of team metrics for clients, and turned my internship into a full-time engineering role.
